SUPERSTAR MISSION #1: keep going strong with YOUR 4 WEEK "DIET IMPLEMENTATION challenge." you're now in week two and you're doing awesome!
Stick with it and keep going! You're doing SO well and I'm SO proud of you! Now matter what happened last week, keep moving forward, starting today, starting right now. You got this!
superstar mission #2: RESTaurant ordering practice
Call at least two restaurants this week and ask if they can make you an oil-free and vegan dish. Look at the menus before you call and have a few ideas of what you think they could do for you ready before calling.
superstar mission #3: RESTaurant hunting
Find at least 2 new restaurants that both you and your spouse would enjoy eating at together, that has at least one plant-based item you’d enjoy eating. Once you think you’ve found them, share them with your spouse for their input. Share why it’s important for you to go to restaurants where you can eat something while still meeting their concern of them having something they like too.
superstar mission #4: getting social support
Tell 3 people close to you how and why you’re changing your diet. Specifically, explain what you're eating and what you’re avoiding. This way, they can support you in your efforts, especially when you’re eating together.
