SUPERSTAR MISSION #1:  YOUR 4 WEEK "DIET IMPLEMENTATION challenge" STARTS THE MORNING OF MONDAY, FEBRUARY 20TH

Write down this date in your planner.  This is when we're going to implement the diet guidelines together!


SUPERSTAR MISSION #2:  SANITIZE YOUR HOME KITCHEN AND OFFICE & STOCK UP ON HEALTHY ESSENTIALS FROM THE GROCERY STORE

This means, getting all of the non plant-based and tempting foods out of your house and office AND stock up on whole, plant foods to eat instead.  To do this, go to the grocery store and begin stocking up on the essentials we discussed in this module.  Download this Grocery Essentials worksheet, which lists my recommended products to always have in your house, to help you.  


BONUS SUPERSTAR MISSION #3: Prepare a grocery list before you go to the store

Prepare a grocery list before you go to the store, which also includes ingredients for specific recipes or meals you want to eat this week. You can use the Meal Plan below and the Grocery Essentials sheet to help you.
