SUPERSTAR MISSION #1:  keep going strong with your diet implementation challenge.  just one more week to go!


SUPERSTAR MISSION #2: practice your new knife skills by preparing a mis en place to make tofu scramble like you learned in the videos.  specifically...

  • Cut one onion into small or medium sized dices
  • Cut one pepper into small or medium sized dices
  • Clean a small package of mushrooms and slice into equal sized knife cuts of choice: either quartered, or sliced.
  • De-steam kale leaves and tare into equal sized pieces.
  • Measure all herbs and spices that go with the recipe.

SUPERSTAR MISSION #3: take photos of your mis en place and post in the facebook group.  specifically, take one photo of your...

  • diced onion
  • diced pepper
  • cut mushrooms
  • de-stemmed and torn kale
  • entire mis en place that includes all of the ingredients for the scrambled tofu.

SUPERSTAR MISSION #4: make this tofu scramble recipe and post the greatest thing you learned from making it, in the facebook group.


SUPERSTAR MISSION #5: saute an onion without oil, using vegetable stock instead.  Then, taste it!
