IT'S SUPERSTAR TIME!

Congrats it's week two of the no-sugar challenge!  Keep kicking butt!


download your recipes!  These are the recipes used in the module and a few bonus recipes too.


SUPERSTAR MISSION #1: make 3 recipes this week from module 9 that include dark leafy greens. 

Use the recipes above.  Take photos of the mis en place for each of the 3 recipes post in the Facebook group.  


SUPERSTAR MISSION #2: answer this question and write it down on a piece of paper.  Then, share your answer in the facebook group...

"How will you ensure you eat at least 1 cup of raw leafy greens or 1/2 cup of cooked leafy greens (at least!) everyday?  What is your plan for ensuring you'll eat them everyday?"
