What Is A Whole Plant Food? Mini Lesson

Even if you understand what a whole plant food is, I still encourage you to watch this video.  I'm highly confident you'll still learn something new.

This video covers the bare basics, but it's also the foundation for everything we're learning in the course.  So, it's essential that you understand it completely.  Don't worry, we'll review this info in the course too, but this video will help you be an expert.

You can also use this guide to identify new foods to incorporate into your diet at any point of your journey.  If you start eating the same meals all the time and need something new, this is one place you can turn for inspiration.  The options are endless!
