READ AND DOWNLOAD THESE MATERIALS


1. Download your Recipe Packet.

Instructions:

  1. Click here for your recipe packet of over 70 of Trisha's favorite recipes from her favorite online recipe websites.  Trisha will also send you personalized meal plans and recipe packets but here's a general one you can browse instantly.

 

Trisha's Take-Home Tip:  

Once you've made a new recipe, make a quick note or Post-it on the recipe saying if you liked it or not AND in what type of situation it'd be good to cook or serve in again.

For example, if it's "quick," does it take less than "30 minutes to cook"?  Would it be "good to share with omnivores," or should you "NEVER make this again" because it was awful?

Otherwise, if you don't make a note, there's a good chance you'll forget!


2. DOWNLOAD THE 'GROCERY LIST ESSENTIALS.' 

You'll use it once you put your Optimal Eating Plan in place with Trish.


3.  Watch the film Forks Over Knives FOR MOTIVATION AND KNOWLEDGE. this is an optional assignment but i highly RECOMMEND it.
