SUPERSTAR MISSIONS - LESSON ONE

 

1. begin your 3 week "no sugar challenge" this week if you haven't yet.  

Schedule when you'll stop and start in your planner and review the module 5 Superstar Missions for the "No Sugar Challenge Instructions." 


2. MAKE 3 RECIPES THIS WEEK THAT INCLUDE DARK LEAFY GREENS.

Take photos of the final dish of all 3 recipes post in the Facebook group. Include a link to the recipe if possible, or include where you got it from to let other students know.  



4. ANSWER THIS QUESTION AND WRITE IT DOWN ON A PIECE OF PAPER.  THEN, SHARE YOUR ANSWER IN THE FACEBOOK GROUP...

"How will you ensure you eat at least 1 cup of raw leafy greens or 1/2 cup of cooked leafy greens (at least!) everyday?  What is your plan for ensuring you'll eat them everyday?"
