SUPERSTAR MISSIONS - LESSON FIVE

1. Make your meal plan FOR NEXT WEEK'S 4 WEEK "DIET IMPLEMENTATION CHALLENGE."

Follow the instructions provided throughout the worksheets.

2. PRACTICE TWO MEAL PREPPING TECHNIQUES this week

Choose any two techniques from Lesson Four in the module to practice this week.

3. COOK THREE PLANT-BASED DINNERS THIS WEEK

It's important you have a few dinners under your belt you'll know you enjoy during the challenge.  Use this week to cook three dinners from your meal plan.  This way, they'll be easier to cook next week.  And, you'll better know if and how much you like them in case you need to make any alterations.

4. Download and use this Recipe Tracker worksheet

Here’s how it can help you…

Once you've made a new recipe, make a quick note on the recipe saying if you liked it or not AND in what type of situation it'd be good to cook or serve in again.

For example, is it "quick", does it take less than "30 minutes to cook", would it be "good to share with omnivores" or should you "NEVER make this again" because it was awful?

Otherwise, if you don't make a note, there's a good chance you'll forget!
